The method
A rigorous way to decide.
Every mission follows the same methodical standards. What changes is never the rigour: it's what the analysis reveals about your company.
My method
One philosophy for every engagement.
I'm not trying to be right. I'm trying to make, with you, the decisions that will be the fairest for your company.
- 01
Understand your identity, then rebuild it
Before proposing anything, I seek to understand your company as a whole: your model, your goals, your strengths, your blocks, your priorities.
A company is never just its revenue.
- 02
Diagnose
Together we identify what is really slowing your growth: offer, positioning, visibility, sales, organisation, leadership. Everything is analysed in context.
The visible problem is rarely the real problem.
- 03
Decide
Once the diagnosis is made, we define the decisions that will have the most impact.
Not ten priorities. The right priorities. At the right time.
- 04
Build
We implement the changes needed to build a clearer, more profitable and more lasting company.
The goal isn't to go fast. The goal is to build right.
- 05
Adjust
A company evolves, and so do decisions. The mentoring adjusts the strategy as you grow, so your company scales without losing coherence.
Grow without losing coherence.
How a mission unfolds
Selection
Before starting, I check expertise, proof, maturity, sense of responsibility, timing and ambition. Mentoring only works when it comes at the right moment.
Diagnosis
The company is analysed without blind spots: identity, vision, standards, offers, numbers, pipeline, visibility, team, energy and constraints. The real problem rarely hides where it's declared.
Prescription
We identify the bottleneck that limits everything else, and the 90-day priority. One clear decision beats a list of ideas.
Foundations
Clarify the target, the problem, the offer, the transformation, the value, the price and the profitability. What is solid here makes everything else simpler.
Conquest
Strengthen the message, visibility, confident selling, the pipeline, and the ability to say no.
Systems
Structure steering, client experience, delegation, processes and the company's assets.
Transmission
Reduce dependence on the founder, make knowledge transferable and consolidate reputation. The company grows without exhausting you.
These steps are not an imposed linear programme. If the diagnosis requires it, we go back to an earlier step.
Depending on your stakes and location, the mentoring can include or begin with a private, in-person strategic immersion (VIP Elite Day or Immersion Weekend in Paris).
The work loop
The same standards at every step.

Observe the facts
- 2
Name the real problem
- 3
Choose the priority lever
- 4
Decide and let go
- 5
Execute over a defined period
- 6
Measure
- 7
Adjust

The company is analysed as a whole.
A decision made on one aspect of the company often unbalances another. That's why nothing is examined in isolation.

“I'm not trying to be right. I'm trying to make, with you, the fairest decisions for your company.”
My commitment
I will never ask you to do what I wouldn't do myself.
Everything I recommend is a decision I would be ready to make for my own company.
I don't treat my clients as guinea pigs.
I don't make them test trends just because they're fashionable.
I don't ask them to apply a strategy simply because it works for someone else.
Every recommendation is considered. Adapted. Contextualised.
Because your company deserves better than a copy-pasted recipe.
