Why Resileo Mentor exists
Entrepreneurs no longer lack information. They are surrounded by methods, trends, advice and conflicting opinions. They know a great deal, but no longer always know what to do, in what order, or which decisions will actually have an impact.
Resileo Mentor was born from this observation: at a certain stage of growth, effort is no longer what's missing. Clarity is. And clarity cannot be bought in yet another training course: it is built through analysis, confrontation and decision.

My difference
I don't believe a company transforms by piling up methods. I believe it transforms when the leader regains a clear vision, dares to make the decisions they've been postponing for months, and builds a company consistent with their ambitions.
You won't find here
My role is not to fit you into a method. My role is to understand your company before proposing a direction.
Philosophy
Two companies selling the same thing don't share the same model, the same resources, the same cash flow, the same team or the same leader. Applying the same plan to both means ignoring exactly what makes the difference between a fair decision and a costly one.
That's why nothing is recommended before the company is understood. The work always starts with analysis, never with the solution.
I never recommend an action I wouldn't take for my own company.
The level of involvement
The number of leaders supported is deliberately limited. This isn't a scarcity pose: it's the condition for serious work. A mission requires analysis time, availability between sessions and a thorough knowledge of the company.
A mentoring is judged neither by the number of calls nor by the volume of content provided. It is judged by what the company becomes: its decisions, its profitability, its structure, and the peace of mind of the person leading it.
The vision
True prestige is not about appearing more important. It is about building a profitable, respected and lasting company, able to grow without becoming a prison for the person who created it.
