Contractual framework
These terms govern the mentoring and strategic advisory services offered under the Resileo Mentor brand.
The final content must be drafted and legally validated before publication.
The services consist of analysis, advice, and decision-support work. They do not include operational implementation on the client's behalf, nor the management of the client's company.
The services are a best-efforts obligation. No commercial, financial, or growth outcome is guaranteed: results depend in particular on the market, the business model, the company's context, and the client's actual implementation of decisions.
As the strategic work is personalized and committed from the start of the engagement, amounts paid are non-refundable. This is one of the reasons every collaboration is preceded by a Free audit.
Information exchanged in the course of an engagement is strictly confidential, on both sides.
The scope, duration, terms, and investment for each engagement are defined in the proposal provided after the Free audit and formalized contractually.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
